We had an old bathroom and needed a walk-in shower to replace our old tub. Joseph came out and in a short time helped us decide just what we needed. Vitaly’s work was impeccable! He had everything tore out, replaced and new flooring all in 2 days!
We had 2 remodeling jobs and we picked Top Tier because Ben had installed our shower many years before and we appreciated his work and his promptness. Mike came out to discuss what we wanted and helped us pick out colors and styles. They were able to get the bathroom completed in 3 days and the kitchen in another 3 days. Top Tier’s installers were professional and friendly. Ben and Charity were always helpful answering questions. It is always such a pleasure to find skilled trades people!
Smooth process from start to finish! We appreciated that we were able to visit the office to see a large piece of the pattern we had selected. We were sent postcards that updated us on the progress of our project and Greg called us to let us know updates/changes as well. We are extremely happy with the final product and would use Top Tier again!

Top Tier did a magnificent job on our kitchen. We gutted it down to the studs and subfloors and rebuilt it again. From beginning to end they were friendly, professional, flexible and competent. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to head up their renovation.
Top notch experience. Very helpful in design they were able to take our ideas, add their knowledge, and produce something we didn’t dream of. No hidden costs, agreed amount was the final bill. Install was done with precision and never worried about cleanup at the end of the day.
Josh was awesome! He was very polite & courteous and asked if I was happy with the work every step of the way. The materials and workmanship were excellent. Josh went above and beyond getting the job done even though the weather wasn’t cooperating. Totally happy with the results!
