Very friendly and thorough service. The consultation and estimate gave my husband a price he couldn’t refuse. Once construction started, Cory was very communicative and hardworking to get our project done. I was honestly surprised at how much one person could do! We were replacing an old jetted tub and a corner shower with a new walk in shower and more storage space. We’re very happy with the update.Top Tier doesn’t do floors, so we did have to handle that part separately. I will say that during the consultation, it seemed like it would be easy to do and it wasn’t that simple. But we got it done and are happy with our space.Before and after pictures attached.

While we felt the cost was a bit (20-30%) high that was OK as long as we got PREMIUM & NAME BRAND product(s) which we absolutely did receive. The installation was OUTSTANDING & the attention to detail was superb! The installer was very experienced, professional, & did terrific at cleanup on both days of our installation.

Had a fantastic experience with Top Tier installing a new shower update. Zach Hall came out to consult with us late last year and he was informative and trustworthy. It took a few weeks for all of the product to arrive but that was expected. Erik Gillette led the instillation process and he was fantastic - very knowledgeable and highly skilled. We ended up with a dream shower!

Erik was fabulous. I really enjoyed having him here the last couple of days. He has a wonderful attitude, demeanor and personality. His work is beautiful. He was very efficient and obviously knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what he was doing and thoroughly reviewed all the instructions for use and care before he left. He cleaned it all up and left us a beautiful new walk in shower. I almost wish I had another bathroom to remodel so I could have him back again. You have an excellent employee there.

We had our first shower remodel done a couple weeks ago by Eric Gillette, our installer. His professionalism and strong work ethic was second to none.
